I do miss the superior sensation Gen4 grip and The marginally milder recoil of the thicker slide and barrel but the lighter pounds and feel on the G30S for me in excess of tends to make up for it...It's lighter and you obtain more felt recoil with that upper. It usually takes what a 36 glock can take. But by the size I wouldn't say it is as strong.
